Ok ok... I saw this nice little posting feature and
couldn't help myself. I just had to say something
here. I made the first meeting... missed the next
one though.
Anyway, might as well see about starting one of
those intro threads.
Names Dekker (go by tarka online) Live in Grants Pass
and have been using Linux sense Aug 95. Installed it
the same day that Win95 first came out. Have been
using it happily sense that very day.
Right now I run a modified ver of SuSE 6.1. Have used
a lot of others in the past. Redhat, Slackware,
Mandrake, Debian, and Yggdrasil. Ha! Bet most of you
have never even heard of that last. I don't think that
they have updated their ver of linux for some time
though.
Ok now... I think that is a good intro... who else
comes here? Don't be shy now.
